Chipolopolo commences COSAFA preps

The Chipolopolo boys have started preparations for the 2018 Cosafa Senior Challenge with stand-in Coach Beston Chambeshi taking the lads through the paces at Sunset Stadium.

Chambeshi has named a 30-member provisional squad that is lodged at Cool Breeze in Lusaka as assesses them for duty.

Zambia will play Namibia in the quarterfinals of the tournament after being exempted from the group stage due to their better ranking in the region.

The Cosafa Castle Cup will run from May 27 to June 10.

Zimbabwe are the defending champions and hold the record of most titles at five.
