A woman from Chiengi has kicked her sibling on privates and the boy died on the spot.
Priscovia Mumba floored his brother after picking a quarrel.
Police Spokesperson Esther Katongo has confirmed the development in an interview.
Ms Katongo said police are hunting for Mumba 18, of Isoni Village, Chief Mununga in connection with the murder of her brother Marvelous Kabuta, 15.
She said the incident is reported to have happened on December 11, 2018 at 16:00 hours at the same village after the suspect picked a quarrel with her brother who is now late.
“In the process she kicked him on the private parts, he fell to the ground and became unconscious. He was rushed to Kabole Rural Health Centre where he was certified dead. The cause of the misunderstanding is not yet known.
“Physical inspection of the body showed no visible injuries and the body has been deposited in the mortuary awaiting postmortem. The suspect is currently on the run and a man hunt has been launched,” she said.
