President Hakainde Hichilema has declared Thursday 31st as a day of National mourning in honor of the late medical practitioner Lupando Munkonge
President Hichilema has also accorded an official funeral to honor of his contribution to the medical field.
Dr Munkonge who died on Saturday was the chairman of Hilltop group of hospitals and vice chancellor at Apex University.
