Nchanga Motor Sport General Secretary Adam Boota has told Chingola Magistrate Court that three people had held a sporting event at the circuit without informing the owners.
The trio is Douglas White 42, of Riverside, Mbachi Ngwira 31, also of Riverside and Reams Mabvuto 31, of Flat. 2 Mkushi Road.
This is in the matter where the trio is facing two counts of forgery and one of unlawful meeting.
Mr Boota told the court that the trio who were not members of the club had organised a sports event in 2018 without informing the owners.
In the first count the trio is facing one count of uttering false documents, making false documents in count Two and Acting as members of unlawful society and attending unlawful meetings in count three.
Mr Boota told Magistrate Stephen Mabona that the society came to learn that the trio had held unlawful sporting activity in October 2018 without the knowledge of the society.
He said that the event raised a concern among legitimate members and a meeting was called where it was discovered that the trio were behind the event.
Mr Boota said at no point were the trio members of Nchanga Motor Sport and were not on the members list.
The matter was adjourned to August 13, and 14, respectively for continuation of trial.
