2019 Super league countdown: Zesco United gunning for the 8th title

Zesco United has emerged as the trend-setter on the Zambian football scene in the last few years where they have become a permanent fixture in continental competitions.

The seven time-league champions are proving to be the team to beat with 2019 being no exception.

Zesco has already gotten warmed up with continental action where they have not disgraced themselves thus far.

They boast a team anchored on experience and also proficiency in front of goal with a haulage of 53 in the 2018 season.
