Fourteen (14) juveniles of Lusaka have been arrested in connection with murder of their fellow juvenile.
Zambia Police Spokesperson Esther Katongo said following investigations instituted in a murder case which happened in Kanyama on August 11, 2020, 14 suspects were arrested.
Ms Katongo said Ezron Mutafya 15, died after he was attacked and robbed of his cell phone by a group of thugs who were in a Toyota Hiace mini bus.
She said yesterday August 28, 2020 police arrested 14 suspects, all male juveniles aged between 13 years and 18 years.
“A Toyota haice mini bus suspected to have been used by the thugs has been impounded. Investigations have continued. The suspects are detained in Police custody,” she said.
